The Basketball Blueprint, a new and unique camp planned for the 'pre-summer.' Here, you'll not only learn how to plan your summer training program, but also be guided through all the drills and skill development techniques by our team of qualified and experienced coaches. WHAT TO EXPECT AT THIS CAMP: TRAINING PROGRAMS At The Basketball Blueprint, we go beyond basic drills. Our expert coaches will guide you through personalised training sessions that focus on enhancing your skills, strength, and strategy. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, our program is tailored to meet your needs, ensuring you get the most out of your investment. MASTER THE ART OF SELF-TRAINING We believe in empowering our athletes. Our camp is designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to continue improving long after camp ends. You’ll learn how to create and follow a comprehensive summer workout plan, ensuring consistent progress and peak performance. INNOVATIVE DRILLS AND TECHNIQUES Our cutting-edge drills are designed to challenge and excite. You’ll discover new techniques, improve your fundamentals, and gain a deeper understanding of the game. Each session is crafted to push your limits and maximise your potential. BUILD YOUR SUMMER WORKOUT PLAN One of the unique features of The Basketball Blueprint is our focus on long-term development. By the end of camp, you’ll have a personalised summer workout plan, tailored to your strengths and areas for improvement. This plan will include detailed drills, fitness routines, and progress tracking methods to ensure you stay on the path to excellence. SAMPLE SUMMER PROGRAM Every camper will receive a comprehensive sample summer program. This includes a 7-day plan covering drills and skills, rest, nutrition, mental skills training, and competition planning. This program is designed to give you a structured approach to make the most of your summer training. REST AND RECOVERY We’ll cover the importance of rest and recovery, including the different types of R&R that will transform your body over the summer. Learn how to effectively balance your workload and recovery to prevent injuries and maximise performance. PHYSICAL CONDITIONING We’ll provide you with a physical workout plan you can do anywhere, anytime, with no equipment. Improve your athleticism, strength, and conditioning over the summer and come back transformed. Our coaches will demonstrate specific exercises to ensure your form and technique are built for future success. MENTAL TOUGHNESS TRAINING Beyond physical skills, we’ll introduce mental toughness training, giving you exercises to develop over the summer. Start your journey toward becoming a more composed player who understands how to master your mind, stay cool, calm, and confident, and be 'locked in' when the game is on the line next season.
